WGSH Acquires Whizliz and Techpolitan

The transformation of WGSH in the Tech Business industry has combined the System Integration business that provides consistent revenue and cash flow with the Digital Incubator business that offers an alpha-growth potential.

We are now a Venture Builder.

Back in March, we acquired a 99% stake in Emveep, Pagii, and AppsChef. These three companies are tech services businesses with different segment and products, as follows:

1. Emveep serves the tech startup market and is launching a programmer platform soon
2. Pagii is a mobility app geared towards employees and professionals, a brainchild of Smooets, a programmer outsourcing agency
3. AppsChef serves the SME and family business market, by offering a revenue-share business model

This month, we finalized the acquisition of minority stakes in Whizliz and Techpolitan.

Whizliz is the leading online luxury product marketplace in Indonesia, which is backed by one of the largest jewelry manufacturers. It is closing on Series A funding from VCs.

Techpolitan is a cloud university, with the first student batch in 2021. Techpolitan offers exclusively digital-related degrees, eg. animation, software engineering, and in the future, eCommerce & tech entrepreneurship. Techpolitan will start fundraising by the end of this year.

After our upcoming IPO, we will add a couple more quality startups on our belt, or shall we say our digital sandbox.
